You might be going for a run in your local park that has a water fountain, but you should never rely on external sources. Take a sip of water whenever you feel the need. This will also help to soothe any oncoming cramp that you might experience.

#2 – Dress in Suitable Clothing

If you are trying out running for the first time, you might not want to invest in specialized gear. The right outfit can sometimes work out to be quite costly and you might find that you do not enjoy running. You do not want to waste the money.
